Chacki AI Terms
What Chacki is, which AI models answer you, what you may not use it for and what happens to your conversations and images.
Version 1.0In force from October 16, 2026Updated: October 16, 2026All versions
These terms apply to Chacki at chacki.com, a service of Haydamax OÜ, Estonia. They supplement the general Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and do not replace them.
You are talking to an AI
Chacki is an AI assistant. Its answers and images are generated by an artificial intelligence system, not written by a person. Chacki may write in a friendly, human-like way, but it is not a person and has no feelings or awareness of its own. We tell you this in line with the transparency obligations of Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Before the first answer and throughout the conversation, a notice under the input field says that Chacki is an AI, that it can make mistakes and that important facts should be checked, with a link to these terms.
Chacki answers only users signed in with Chakloon Passport. A guest sees a page about the service and gets no answers.
Which models answer you
- Version 0.2, chosen by default: text answers are generated by a model of Anthropic, Anthropic PBC, USA.
- Version 0.1: answers come from our own template-based bot, which runs on our servers and passes nothing to external processors.
- Images are generated by a model of OpenAI, USA.
You choose the version in Chacki. We may change the models we use, and this page names the current providers.
Answers can be wrong
An AI model can make mistakes. It can state wrong facts, invent sources, quotes and figures, or give outdated information with confidence. Check anything important in reliable sources.
Chacki does not give medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice and is not an emergency service. Do not rely on its answers alone for decisions about health, money, law or safety. Our liability for Chacki follows the Terms of Service and is not limited where the law does not allow it.
What you must not use Chacki for
You must not use Chacki to:
- create illegal content or plan illegal activities;
- harm people, including violence, weapons, encouraging self-harm, harassment and stalking;
- generate child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors; we may report such attempts to NCMEC and to competent authorities, see Child safety;
- deceive people, for example through fraud, phishing, disinformation, fake reviews or fake images presented as genuine;
- produce spam or content for mass unsolicited distribution;
- impersonate real persons or organisations;
- create sexual or intimate images of real, identifiable people without their consent, or other deepfakes of real people meant to be taken as genuine;
- write malware or attack computer systems;
- make decisions about other people with legal or similarly significant effects, such as hiring, credit, insurance, education or access to public services, on the basis of Chacki's answers without human review, or use it for any practice prohibited by Article 5 of the AI Act, such as social scoring or manipulation that exploits people's vulnerabilities;
- get around daily limits or safety measures, for example by automated access or by sharing your account.
Chacki may refuse requests. Breaches may lead to restriction or closure of the account, as described in Content moderation and appeals.
Daily limits
The number of answers and images per day is limited. The current limits are shown in the service and may change. When a limit is reached, you can continue the next day.
Rights in prompts and outputs
You keep your rights in your prompts and the files you attach, and you allow us to process them only as far as needed to provide Chacki. We do not claim ownership of the answers and images Chacki gives you; to the extent we hold any rights in them, you may use them for any lawful purpose.
AI output may not be protected by copyright, and similar output may be given to other users. We do not guarantee that an answer or image is original or free of the rights of others. Before you publish output or use it commercially, check that it does not infringe anyone's rights, such as copyright, trademarks or a person's right to their own image.
Your conversations
Your conversations are stored in your account, in our database on our servers in the EU, so that you can return to them.
When you delete a conversation, it is hidden from you, but its transcript is kept. We may use conversations, including hidden ones, to improve Chacki, on the basis of our legitimate interest in an assistant that answers better and more safely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this use at any time by writing to privacy@chakloon.com (Article 21 GDPR).
Transcripts are kept until you ask for their erasure or delete your account. To have your conversations erased completely, write to privacy@chakloon.com from the e-mail address of your account. Deleting your Chakloon Passport account erases everything stored in Chacki.
Do not enter more personal data than the task needs, especially sensitive data about yourself or other people.
Memory
In version 0.2 Chacki keeps a memory about you: up to 40 facts of up to 300 characters each, which the model writes down during the conversation. When the memory is full, newer facts push out older ones. Chacki also keeps a snapshot of your Chakloon Passport profile, refreshed every 6 hours, and the state of its mood in conversations with you. For version 0.1 it keeps a profile with your name, city and interests. All this is stored in our database on our servers in the EU.
The command forget me erases the memory and the profile of version 0.1. Chacki recognises it only when it is phrased in English, Ukrainian or Russian. In any other case write to privacy@chakloon.com.
What is sent to the model providers
- To Anthropic, in version 0.2: the text of the conversation and the files attached to it, to produce the answer.
- To OpenAI: the prompt for the image.
In version 0.1 the conversation is not sent to Anthropic. We send this data to produce the answer or the image you asked for, as part of the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Both providers are in the USA, outside the European Economic Area, and act as our processors under their data processing terms. The transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR. Our accounts with them are API accounts. We do not allow them to use the data to train their models, and API data is not used for training by default. Under their terms the providers may keep the data for a limited time, for example to detect abuse, and then delete it. We do not sell your conversations and do not use them for advertising.
More is in the Privacy Policy.
Images you generate
You are responsible for how you use and publish the images you generate. Do not use them to infringe the rights of others or to show real people in a misleading or degrading way. Generated images are kept in our media storage. When an image is stored, it is re-encoded, and this may remove metadata that the provider embedded in the file, such as content credentials showing that the image was generated by AI. We therefore do not promise that such metadata stays in the file. If an image carries a mark or metadata of this kind, do not remove it.
If you publish an image that could be taken for a genuine depiction of real people, places or events, state clearly that it was generated by AI. In many cases the law also requires this, for example Article 50(4) of the AI Act for deepfakes published in a professional capacity.
Reporting harmful output
If Chacki has produced something harmful, illegal or dangerous, write to abuse@chakloon.com. Give the date, the name of the conversation and a short description of the answer or image. Send anything involving the sexual abuse of children to child-safety@chakloon.com at once. We review every report.
Minimum age
Chacki is for people aged 16 and over, like all Chakloon services, see Minimum age.
