Operator
Chakloon and every service of the Chakloon package are operated by:

Haydamax OÜ also runs projects outside Chakloon. The general legal hub of those projects is https://haydamax.com/legal. For Chakloon, the texts published here on info.chakloon.com are the ones that apply. Company data, the general offer and the payment rules of Haydamax OÜ are common to all its projects.
Point of contact for authorities
Under article 11 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the DSA), our single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services is:
The same address receives orders to act against illegal content and orders to provide information (articles 9 and 10 DSA), and any other official correspondence. It is also our contact point for removal orders under Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online. Please write in English or Estonian. We also accept messages in German, Ukrainian and Russian.
Haydamax OÜ is established in the European Union, so it has no legal representative under article 13 DSA. How we handle orders and requests is described in Requests from authorities.

This is the address for notices of illegal content, appeals against our moderation decisions and legal notices of any kind. Notices and appeals can also be sent through the forms on the pages named below. Every message is read by a person, and you do not have to go through an automated system to reach us. You can write in English, Estonian, German, Ukrainian or Russian.

Responsibility for content
Posts, comments, messages, profile pages, links and other material published by users belong to the users who publish them, and they are responsible for it. For that material we act as a hosting service. We have no general obligation to monitor it and, as a rule, do not check it before publication (article 8 DSA). We act on it when we learn that it is illegal or breaks our rules. Ads are an exception: they are checked before they are shown, see the Advertising Policy.
Chakloon Net and Chakloon News show material of other websites: search results, text snapshots, headlines and short excerpts with a link to the source. The publisher of the original page is responsible for its content. If you are the publisher and want something changed or removed, write to legal@chakloon.com. Anyone can report illegal content found there as described in Report illegal content, and requests to remove results about yourself under data protection law go to privacy@chakloon.com.
We are responsible for our own texts, including the pages of this information centre. Links to other websites lead to content we do not control.

The following are not part of Chakloon, are run separately, and are not covered by this notice or by the other Chakloon documents:
