Zori

Personal astrology forecasts from your real birth sky, a blind diary that keeps an honest score, and an open study of whether astrology works.

What it is

Zori at chakloon.net/zori calculates your personal astrology from the date, time and place of your birth. It draws the real sky over that place at the minute you were born, gives you every day a sign for six spheres of life, keeps a blind diary and counts honestly how often the signs matched what really happened. Zori is also part of an open research experiment: does astrology work at all?

Astrology is not a science, and Zori gives no advice. Do not base decisions about health, money or relationships on it.

Try it without an account

  1. Open chakloon.net/zori.
  2. Enter your date, time and place of birth. If you do not know the exact time, give a time window.
  3. You see the sky of your birth minute, the positions of the planets and the chart at once.

Nothing you enter is saved to a profile in this preview.

Your personal Zori

Sign in with Chakloon Passport to keep your data and get daily forecasts. Your sections are:

  • Today: the sign of the day for each of the six spheres and what produced it.
  • Birth chart: your chart and its aspects.
  • Sky now: the sky over your place at this moment.
  • Compatibility: compare your chart with another person's birth data.
  • Diary: mark how the day went in each sphere.
  • My data: your birth data, your consents, and deletion.

The blind diary and the honest score

  1. Each day's forecast is fixed in advance and hidden.
  2. When the day is over, mark in the diary how the day really went.
  3. Only then does Zori open the forecast and compare.

A day counts in the score only if you did not open its forecast before marking it. If you press Show forecast now, the day leaves the blind score. Each day can be marked only once. The score shows how often the signs matched, compared with chance.

Joining the shared study is optional and off by default. If you switch it on in My data, your blind days count in the shared result. Only totals are published, never your personal data. The health sphere is personal data of a special kind, so marks for health are saved only with your separate, explicit consent: it is a separate switch in My data, and Zori also asks for it the first time you mark health. Without this consent health is not recorded. You can withdraw both consents at any time in My data; withdrawing the health consent erases your earlier health marks.

Delete your data and where to write

In My data, choose Delete everything. This erases your profile, forecasts, diary marks and the people you added for compatibility. To get a copy first, choose Download my data in My data: you receive a JSON file with your profile, forecasts, marks and people.
