Chakloon Passport

One account for every Chakloon service: how to create it, sign in, manage your profile and delete it.

What Chakloon Passport is

Chakloon Passport is your single account for the whole Chakloon package. With it you sign in to the social network chakloon.com, Chakloon Chat, Chacki, Chak, Zori, Chakloon Ads, Chakloon Console, Chakloon Platform and the other services. Wherever you see the button Sign in with Chakloon, it means Chakloon Passport.

You manage your account at pass.chakloon.com. The sign-in and registration pages open at auth.chakloon.com.

You must be at least 16 years old to have an account. Chakloon Chat is only for adults from 18. Accounts of people below the minimum age are closed. Details are in Minimum age.

Create an account

  1. Open any Chakloon service and press Sign in with Chakloon, or go to pass.chakloon.com.
  2. Choose registration and enter your e-mail address and a password.
  3. Enter your name and choose a handle.
  4. Confirm your e-mail address with the link we send you.

The handle (@name) is your public address in all services, for example chakloon.com/@name. It has 7 to 30 characters: Latin letters a–z, digits, dot, underscore and hyphen. All services share one namespace, so a handle that is taken is taken everywhere. More in Chakloon NIC.

Sign in with another account

Instead of a password you can sign in with Google, GitHub, Telegram, Discord, Facebook or W3ID.

  1. On the sign-in page, press the button of the provider.
  2. Confirm the sign-in on the provider's side.
  3. The first time, choose your handle.

From the provider we receive the identifier of your account there, your name, your e-mail address if the provider gives it, and your avatar. The provider learns that you signed in to Chakloon. In your Passport profile you can link further providers to the same account.

Manage your profile

At pass.chakloon.com you can:

  • change your name, language, country, city, time zone and avatar;
  • change your handle (the previous one is released);
  • change your password;
  • link sign-in providers;
  • see the services and sessions where you are signed in, and sign out everywhere.

If you forgot your password, use the password recovery link on the sign-in page.

Delete your account or get a copy of your data

To delete your Passport account in all services at once or to get a copy of your data, use your account on pass.chakloon.com where it offers this, or write to privacy@chakloon.com from the e-mail address of your account and say what you want: deletion, a copy of your data, or both. We answer within one month.

In Chakloon Chat you can already delete your account yourself: side menu, then Delete account. Messages you have already sent to other people stay in their conversations.
